  1. 12th pass candidates: Born between 2 January 2004 and 2 January 2008 (both dates inclusive)
  2. Diploma/B.Sc. in Pharmacy candidates: Unmarried candidates born between 2 January 2001 and 2 January 2006. Married candidates must have been born between 2 January 2001 and 2 January 2004. (both dates included)
