SOLAR HARYANA NEW UPDATE

 

20-10-2022 तक एडीसी कार्यालय (OFFICE)  में कमरा नंबर 54 में होंगे आवेदन (Application) जमा

 

  • सिरसा, 12 अक्टूबर। नवी एवं नवीकरणीय ऊर्जा विभाग (DEPARTMENT) के मुख्य परियोजना अधिकारी व अतिरिक्त उपायुक्त सुशील कुमार ने बताया कि प्रधानमंत्री किसान ऊर्जा सुरक्षा एवं उत्थान योजना (SCHEME) (पीएम कुसुम) के तहत  हरियाणा राज्य स्तर पर सरल पोर्टल पर 24 अगस्त 2022 तक सोलर पंप (SOLAR PUMP) के लिए आमंत्रित आवेदनों (Applications) में से विभाग की ओर से वरीयता के आधार पर विभिन्न फर्मों  को 20 हजार 119 वर्कआर्डर (WORKORDER) जारी किए गए थे।

  •  इनमें से 6 फर्म (REGISTERED FRAM) नामत: टाटा पावर सोलर सिस्टम लिमिटेड के द्वारा 3 हजार 757, शक्ति पम्पस लिमिटेड के द्वारा 8 हजार 310, हिमलयान सोलर प्राइवेट लिमिटेड. के द्वारा  531, स्पेन पम्पस प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के द्वारा 31 तथा सेंट्रल इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स लिमिटेड के द्वारा सात मिलाकर कुल 12 हजार 683 सोलर पंप लगाने से इंकार कर दिया है।

  • डिपार्टमेंट ने  किसानों को जानकारी  से अवगत करवाते हुए बताया कि इन सोलर पम्पस (SOLAR PUMP) में से 4 हजार 338 के वर्क आर्डर (WORKORDER) विभाग द्वारा दूसरी फर्म को जारी कर दिए गए हैं।  इनमे से चार हजार 338 किसानों व बाकि बचे हुए 8 हजार 348 किसानों को मुख्यालय (विभाग) द्वारा 3 विकल्प (POTION)दिए गए हैं, जिनमें किसान नई फर्म के साथ संशोधित (Revised) वर्क आर्डर स्वीकार कर सकता है,  या  किसान अपना लाभार्थी अंश (PAYMENT) वापस ले सकता है या फिर किसान एमएनआरई द्वारा नई दरों के अधिक होने की स्थिति में नए टेंडर होने तक प्रतीक्षा कर सकते हैं और इसके लिए अतिरिक्त लाभार्थी हिस्सा जमा करवाना होगा।

  • अत: उन्होंने सभी किसानों से अनुरोध किया है कि वे अपने उचित विकल्प का प्रयोग करें और जिला कार्यालय (OFFICE) में संबंधित दस्तावेज लेकर 20 अक्टूबर 2022 से पहले तक एडीसी कार्यालय के कमरा नंबर-54 में जमा करें।

Sirsa, 12 October. Sushil Kumar, Chief Project Officer and Additional Deputy Commissioner, Department of New and Renewable Energy (DEPARTMENT) informed that under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Urja Suraksha Evam Utthan Yojana (SCHEME) (PM Kusum), the solar pump will be installed on the Saral Portal at the state level of Haryana by August 24, 2022. Out of the applications invited for SOLAR PUMP, 20 thousand 119 work orders were issued by the department to various firms on the basis of preference.

Out of these 6 firms (REGISTERED FRAM) namely 3 thousand 757 by Tata Power Solar System Limited, 8 thousand 310 by Shakti Pumps Limited, Himalaya Solar Private Limited. 531 by Spain Pumps Pvt Ltd, 31 by Spain Pumps Pvt Ltd and seven by Central Electronics Ltd, a total of 12 thousand 683 solar pumps have refused to be installed.

The department informed the farmers about the information that out of these solar pumps, work orders of 4 thousand 338 have been issued by the department to another firm. Out of these, 4 thousand 338 farmers and remaining 8 thousand 348 farmers have been given 3 options by the headquarters (department), in which the farmer can accept the revised work order with the new firm, or the farmer is his beneficiary. The share (payment) can be withdrawn or the farmer can wait till the new tender is floated by MNRE in case the new rates are higher and for this additional beneficiary share will have to be deposited.

Therefore, he has requested all the farmers to exercise their proper option and take the relevant documents in the district office (office) and submit them in room no-54 of the ADC office before 20 October 2022.
